This role is the first point of contact for clients, visitors, and team members, ensuring a positive experience for everyone who interacts with the office. The successful candidate will manage reception, handle administrative tasks, and support the broader team. Key Responsibilities Reception Management: Greet clients and visitors, manage phone calls, and handle inquiries in a warm, professional and welcoming manner. Calendar Management: Schedule meetings, manage meeting rooms, and assist in coordinating team calendars. Support Tasks: Provide administrative support to the broader team as required. Office Administration: Manage office supplies and maintain a clean and organised office environment. Document Management: Maintain and organise company records, files, and important documents. Mail and Courier Services: Handle incoming and outgoing mail, and ensure timely distribution of documents. Skills and Qualifications Customer Service: A friendly and approachable personality with a focus on delivering excellent customer service. Attention to Detail: High attention to detail and accuracy in handling tasks. Problem-Solving: Ability to anticipate needs, identify issues, and proactive approach to problem solving. Team Player: A collaborative attitude, with the ability to work well in a team environment. Friendly, adaptable, and happy to pitch in wherever needed. Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional telephone manner. Experience: Previous experience in office administration or reception roles is preferred.
