KAEFER Integrated Services are seeking an experienced and motivated Cost Controller to join our Adelaide office working with our project teams. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES To carry out all aspects of a Cost Controller role for the project’s commercial team Ensure all costs and commitments are in accordance with the established Cost Categories Monitor and report the physical progress (work performed) consistent with the cost coding system and in collab with the Scheduler/Superintendents Identify potential slippages in the program and provide support for development of recovery schedules and EOT claims Liaise with senior management as required, to assist the project team ensure work is completed on time, within budget and in accordance with contractual obligations Establish and maintain the Asset register and monitor asset movement Track and analyse weekly/monthly Cost Vs Budgets/Forecast and actual data with deviation analysis on the project gross margin Direct and assist in the preparation of all progress and variation claims ABOUT YOU Previous experience as a Cost controller, ideally within the same industry working on Mining / Construction projects. A relevant Degree (or educational studies) in Finance or related Experience using SAP software is advantageous Detailed oriented ensuring accuracy, tact and integrity due to the frequency of internal and external contacts and the high degree of exposure to confidential data Able to multi-task and work under pressure to meet deadlines A good team spirit with strong interpersonal and communication skills WHAT WE OFFER Continuous Training and Career Development – Engage in hands on training sessions, workshops and mentorship programs that empower your professional growth.
