Position: Senior Marketing Executive (Home Appliances)

Job Descriptions:
1. Strategic Product Planning & Market Leadership
  • Lead the development of product roadmap and category strategy for home appliances portfolio.
  • Conduct in-depth market analysis, competitor benchmarking, and consumer insights to identify growth opportunities.
  • Define product positioning, key selling points (USP), and value propositions aligned with brand strategy.
2. Go-to-Market Strategy & Product Launch Excellence
  • Drive end-to-end product launch planning and execution across multiple channels.
  • Develop comprehensive go-to-market strategies including launch timelines, messaging, and channel planning.
  • Collaborate closely with HQ and factory teams to ensure alignment on product specifications, positioning, and demand forecasting.
3. Pricing Strategy & Commercial Planning
  • Analyze market trends, competitor pricing, and customer demand to develop effective pricing strategies.
  • Lead margin planning, promotional strategies, and product bundling initiatives to maximize profitability.
  • Partner with sales, retail, and dealer networks to execute impactful promotions and campaigns.
4. Integrated Marketing Content & Brand Consistency
  • Oversee the development of high-quality marketing collaterals including product catalogues, brochures, spec sheets, and digital assets.
  • Work closely with creative agencies and designers to deliver compelling and consistent brand communication.
  • Ensure all marketing materials adhere to brand guidelines and support strategic messaging.
5. Product Performance & Lifecycle Management
  • Monitor and analyze sell-in and sell-through performance to drive data-driven decisions.
  • Manage full product lifecycle from introduction to phase-out, including optimization strategies.
  • Recommend pricing adjustments, promotional activities, and inventory strategies to enhance product performance.
6. Cross-Functional Collaboration & Project Management
  • Lead coordination across marketing, sales, supply chain, and external partners to ensure seamless execution.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high attention to detail.
7. Reporting, Insights & Operational Excellence
  • Prepare strategic reports, dashboards, and presentations for management review.
  • Manage marketing assets, demo units, and campaign-related inventory efficiently.
8. Marketing Events & Brand Activation
  • Lead and support marketing events, product showcases, and brand activation initiatives to strengthen market presence.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 2~5 years of relevant experience in marketing or product management, preferably in home appliances or consumer electronics industry.
  • Proven experience in product strategy, pricing, and go-to-market execution.
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
  • Excellent project management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Experience in developing marketing materials and managing agencies is an added advantage.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Fluent in English and Mandarin.
