Job Position: HR Executive (Foreign Worker & Hostel Management)

Job Descriptions:

  • Manage foreign worker administration, including work permits, renewals, and documentation.
  • Liaise with Immigration, FOMEMA, and relevant authorities.
  • Oversee full hostel management, ensuring cleanliness, safety, and compliance with regulations.
  • Monitor hostel conditions, conduct regular inspections, and ensure proper maintenance.
  • Arrange and manage room allocation, check-in & check-out of workers.
  • Handle worker welfare, including complaints, disputes, and daily living issues.
  • Coordinate transportation between hostel and workplace (if applicable).
  • Ensure compliance with local authority hostel requirements (e.g. Act 446).
  • Manage utilities, hostel supplies, and inventory control.
  • Work closely with supervisors to monitor attendance, discipline, and worker behavior.
  • Arrange FOMEMA medical check-ups and track status.
  • Maintain proper records for passport, permits, insurance, and hostel occupancy.
  • Prepare reports on foreign workers & hostel status.
  • Assist in onboarding and offboarding of foreign workers.


Job Requirements:

  • Diploma / Degree in Human Resource, Business Administration, or related field.
  • At least 2–3 years experience in foreign worker management and/or hostel management.
  • Familiar with Malaysia Immigration procedures, FOMEMA, and Act 446 (Workers' Minimum Standards of Housing).
  • Strong problem-solving skills in handling worker issues & welfare matters.
  • Able to manage hostel operations independently.
  • Good communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia & English (Mandarin is an advantage).
  • Willing to travel between hostel and workplace when required.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.
  • Responsible, firm, and able to handle disciplinary matters.
