Job Position: Account Assistant Manager/Manager

Salary Up To RM17K

Location: Kulai, Johor

Job Descriptions:

• Oversee full set of accounts, including management reporting and cash flow management.
• Lead and manage the account team to ensure smooth daily accounting operations and timely financial reporting.
• Develop, monitor and control annual budgets, cash flow forecasts and financial performance to drive cost efficiency and profitability.
• Strengthen and improve financial systems, policies and internal controls to enhance operational effectiveness.
• Provide insightful financial analysis and reports to support management decision-making.

Job Requirements:

• At least 5 years' experience in Accounts/Finance with strong exposure to group-level accounting.
• Attention to detail, analytical, proactive, and can work under pressure with minimum supervision.
• High level of interpersonal skills to work effectively with people at all levels and motivate team members.
