Job Position: Senior Logistic Executive

Salary Up To RM8500

Location: Port Klang

Job Descriptions:

• Manage daily transportation operations to ensure timely delivery and efficient fleet utilization.
• Monitor and optimize routes, fuel usage, and vehicle performance.
• Oversee fleet maintenance, inspections, and compliance with safety standards.
• Manage drivers' scheduling, performance, and adherence to company policies.
• Ensure compliance with transportation regulations, including JPJ, APAD, and safety requirements.
• Maintain accurate records for vehicle documentation, licenses, and inspections.
• Control transportation costs including fuel, maintenance, and manpower.
• Coordinate with internal teams (warehouse, operations, customer service) to support business needs.
• Handle delivery-related issues and support continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business, or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in logistics, transportation, or fleet management.
• Strong knowledge of transport regulations (JPJ, APAD) and compliance standards.
• Good problem-solving and organizational skills.
• Able to manage operations, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
• Proficient in TMS, route planning, and Microsoft Office.
• Good communication skills and ability to work with cross-functional teams.
