JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Prepare quotations and technical proposals based on client inquiries and project specifications.
• Review drawings, datasheets, and product requirements to identify suitable engineering solutions.
• Coordinate with suppliers and internal departments on pricing, delivery, and technical clarifications.
• Support the sales and project teams by providing technical advice during bidding and execution stages.
• Handle tender documentation, submission, and related administrative support.
• Maintain accurate records of quotations, customer communications, and project documents.
• Assist in order processing and project coordination for fire protection and general engineering products.
• Provide post-sales support and follow up with clients when necessary.

JOB REQUIREMENT

• Diploma or Degree in Mechanical / Mechatronic / Industrial Engineering or related field.
• Basic understanding of piping systems, pumps, valves, or fire protection products is an advantage.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and able to read basic engineering drawings.
• Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
