JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Provide technical support and product application solutions to customers
• Review project specifications and recommend suitable products
• Prepare technical proposals, drawings, and documentation
• Liaise with sales team, clients, and engineering teams on project requirements
• Support tender submissions and project quotations
• Conduct product presentations and technical discussions
• Assist in project coordination and troubleshooting
• Ensure compliance with technical standards and specifications

JOB REQUIREMENT

• Diploma/Degree in Mechanical/Engineering or related field
• Experience in instrumentation/fire protection/mechanical systems preferred
• Proficient in AutoCAD and technical drawings
• Able to travel on short notice and work independently
