• Working Hours:Monday to Friday, 9:00am 5:30pm (flexible to support vessel berthing schedules)
• Work Location: Tanjong Pagar 

Job Responsibilities:

• Coordinate with agents, principals, charterers, vessel masters, and owners to ensure smooth vessel operations including berthing, unberthing, and cargo loading.
• Manage vessel documentation including reports and bills of lading, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
• Handle port-related submissions and communications through PortNet, Marinet, ICA systems.
• Monitor and support vessel schedules, adapting to changes and providing timely updates.
• Assist in resolving operational issues promptly to minimise delays.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in shipping operations or related field preferred.
• Willing to work flexible hours to accommodate vessel schedules.
• Good communication and coordination skills with attention to detail.
