JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage customer accounts by following up on enquiries and providing timely support.
• Conduct product introductions, presentations, and demonstrations using provided materials.
• Support the full sales cycle, including initial consultation, order processing, and after-sales coordination.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders.
• Collaborate with internal teams to develop solutions tailored to customer needs.
• Ensure clear communication and proper documentation throughout all sales processes.
• Perform other sales-related duties as assigned.

JOB REQUIREMENT

• Diploma or Degree in Engineering or a related field.
• Candidates with engineering-related sales experience are preferred.
• Entry-level engineering graduates are welcome to apply.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and customer-focused mindset.
