JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Assist Project Manager in overseeing construction activities and site progress to ensure smooth execution
• Support planning, implementation, and monitoring of work schedules in accordance with master programme and detailed work programme
• Provide guidance to supervisors on building works, ensuring site inspections are conducted on time and progress stays on schedule
• Coordinate and organise manpower, materials, and resources, including task allocation to work teams and subcontractors
• Assist in attending on-site and off-site meetings, supporting discussion and resolution of technical issues

JOB REQUIREMENT

• Diploma or Degree in Building, Mechanical Engineering, or other related disciplines.
• Knowledge or exposure to Construction M&E and/or ACMV projects will be an advantage.
• Basic understanding of air-conditioning systems is beneficial.
• Strong interest in project management and site coordination.
• Good communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
• Entry-level candidates are welcome; training and guidance will be provided.
