About the Role

As the Administrator, you'll oversee the daily operations of our hospital, ensuring excellence in patient care, compliance, and staff development. This is a key leadership role with the opportunity to make a lasting impact on patients, staff, and the community.

What You'll Do

• Lead daily operations of the hospital and ensure high-quality, patient-centered care.

• Maintain compliance with Joint Commission, CMS, and state behavioral health regulations.

• Develop and manage budgets, resources, and operational plans.

• Mentor and support staff to foster a positive, collaborative work culture.

• Drive growth by identifying opportunities for new programs and community partnerships.

• Represent the hospital to stakeholders, referral sources, and the local community.

What We're Looking For

• Strong knowledge of inpatient behavioral health operations and regulatory standards.

• Proven ability to manage budgets, lead teams, and improve patient outcomes.

• Excellent communication and leadership skills.

Salary: $80k-$95k salary + benefits (health, vision, dental, 401k)

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm
