Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Representative with a strong background in behavioral health to drive growth and build strategic partnerships. The ideal candidate will have an existing book of business across the Midwest to West Coast, be highly self-motivated, and experienced in identifying and cultivating new referral sources in the behavioral health space.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify, pursue, and secure new referral relationships with behavioral health providers, clinicians, hospitals, and treatment centers

  • Maintain and expand an active book of business, focusing on key markets across the Midwest and West Coast

  • Conduct in-person and virtual outreach to new and existing accounts to drive referrals and admissions

  • Develop and execute strategic outreach plans to meet or exceed weekly, monthly, and quarterly KPIs

  • Participate in weekly meetings with leadership to report on progress, pipeline status, and strategic initiatives

  • Work collaboratively with admissions, clinical, and marketing teams to ensure a seamless patient experience

  • Use Salesforce daily to document all outreach efforts, maintain contact records, and track engagement metrics

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 3 years of business development experience in the behavioral health industry

  • Proven track record of success in developing and maintaining referral relationships and increasing admissions

  • Existing, active book of business across the Midwest to West Coast markets strongly preferred

  • Self-starter with the ability to work independently and manage time effectively

  • Excellent communication, relationship-building, and presentation skills

  • Proficient in Salesforce, MS Office, and virtual meeting platforms

  • Willingness to travel as needed to maintain relationships and develop new opportunities

Preferred:

  • Knowledge of behavioral health levels of care (RTC, PHP, IOP, OP) and co-occurring treatment models

  • Experience working with private pay and out-of-network referral sources


Pay- $100k- $150k PLUS BONUS!!!

Schedule- FT (Remote)

Location- PNW or California
