We are seeking an experienced and driven Recruiter to join our team specializing in behavioral health and hospital staffing. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of recruiting experience, a strong background in sales, and a passion for connecting top talent with healthcare organizations. Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage full-cycle recruitment for behavioral health and hospital roles, including sourcing, interviewing, and placing candidates.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with both clients and candidates, understanding their needs and expectations.
  • Work closely with hiring managers and department heads to understand specific staffing requirements and ensure alignment with organizational goals.
  • Leverage job boards, social media, networking, and other sources to identify and attract top candidates in the behavioral health and hospital sectors.
  • Guide candidates through the hiring process, from initial application to placement, ensuring a seamless experience.
  • Conduct candidate screenings, interviews, and assessments to evaluate qualifications, experience, and cultural fit.
  • Manage a pipeline of candidates to ensure a constant flow of talent for open positions.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to meet recruitment targets and drive business growth.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
  • Ensure compliance with state and federal hiring regulations and best practices.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma (minimum); a degree in business, human resources, or a related field is preferred.
  • At least 2 years of recruiting experience, with a focus on behavioral health and hospital staffing.
  • Proven sales experience, with the ability to build and maintain relationships in a competitive market.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
  • Knowledge of recruitment best practices and labor laws.
  • A proactive, results-oriented approach to recruiting.

Location- Job is remote, but must reside in Northeast (Maine, New Hampshire preferably)
