Requirements
- Bachelors degree in psychology, social work, human services, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to handle sensitive information with professionalism and confidentiality
- Organizational skills and attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and electronic medical records (preferred)
- Prior experience in mental health or social services (preferred but not required)
Responsibilities
- Assist counselors and case managers with client coordination and care
- Support clients in accessing community resources and services
- Maintain accurate and confidential client records and documentation
- Conduct follow-ups to track client progress and provide ongoing support
- Help facilitate group sessions and educational workshops
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive client care
- Perform administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments and managing client referrals
Pay: $50,000 - $65,000 per year
Location: South Brunswick, NJ
