Requirements

  • Bachelors degree in psychology, social work, human services, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with professionalism and confidentiality
  • Organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and electronic medical records (preferred)
  • Prior experience in mental health or social services (preferred but not required)

Responsibilities

  • Assist counselors and case managers with client coordination and care
  • Support clients in accessing community resources and services
  • Maintain accurate and confidential client records and documentation
  • Conduct follow-ups to track client progress and provide ongoing support
  • Help facilitate group sessions and educational workshops
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive client care
  • Perform administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments and managing client referrals

Pay: $50,000 - $65,000 per year

Location: South Brunswick, NJ
