About Us
We are actively seeking a Mental Health Therapist to join our NEW integrative outpatient practice. Bishop Health is an innovative outpatient Mental Health Practice that provides a wide array of services, including Psychiatric Evaluations, Medication Management, Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation (TMS), Ketamine Therapy and Counseling services. Our holistic approach towards long-lasting mental wellness seeks to fulfill these gaps in service in the Delray area.
We believe the therapist's responsibility should always be client focused, so we will handle all non-clinical work including; credentialing, appointment management, marketing and billing.

As a Primary Therapist in our treatment center, you will be providing assistance to individuals with varying levels of substance addictions and mental health disorders. Your role is to provide high-quality care using evidence-based modalities to help clients heal and recover. The Primary Therapist is responsible for performing client care, provide group therapy, treatment planning, and coordinating discharge planning.

Requirements:
- Must be able to demonstrate competency in recognizing the unique needs and behavior of clients
- Licensure in a mental health discipline preferred (LMHC / LPC / LCSW)
- Valid Clinical License in the state of New Jersey
- Experience in Behavioral Health counseling including mental health disorders
Primary Therapist Responsibilities
- Participates in and leads therapeutic groups and activities and functions as an active member of the team
- Demonstrates clinical treatment in compliance with JCAHO standards
- Recognizes the unique needs and behaviors of the clients
- Assists in preparation of utilization review monthly reports
- Provides assessments with empathy and concern for clients and arrives at accurate diagnoses by the end of the evaluation session and updates when new information and clinical status warrant
- Provides clinical consultation and guidance to staff consistent with their needs
- Assists program supervisor to perform chart reviews
- Takes a lead role in the coordination and assessment of all intakes and referrals to assigned programs
- Acts as liaison with all referral sources, and community-based services
Pay: $65,000.00- $82,000.00
Schedule: Full-Time
