Position Overview

We are seeking a professional and dedicated Central Receptionist to serve as the first point of contact for Guardian Recovery's corporate office. This full-time, in-office position plays a crucial role in ensuring exceptional customer service while efficiently directing calls and inquiries to the appropriate facilities and staff members across our network.

Responsibilities:

  • Answer incoming corporate calls in a professional, courteous, and timely manner
  • Handle general inquiries and non-admissions related calls
  • Direct callers to the appropriate facility or staff member based on their needs
  • Provide quick answers to frequently asked questions when appropriate
  • Maintain accurate call logs and message documentation
  • Transfer calls efficiently while ensuring caller information is properly communicated

Communication & Coordination:

  • Collaborate with facility staff across multiple locations
  • Relay urgent messages promptly and accurately
  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information in accordance with HIPAA regulations
  • Provide backup support for other administrative functions as needed

Required Skills & Experience

  • Minimum 2+ years of customer service experience, preferably in healthcare or professional services
  • Excellent phone etiquette and professional communication skills
  • Strong verbal and written communication abilities
  • Experience using Google Workspace (Gmail, Google Calendar, Google Drive, Google Docs)
  • Proficient in multi-line phone systems
  • Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment

Technical Skills:

  • Basic computer proficiency and ability to learn new software quickly
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion

Schedule: Monday-Friday,9am-5pm in-office position

Pay:$17- $19.23 hr
