Requirements

• Masters degree in counseling (MA, MS, MSW, MFT, MHC) preferred
• Current TX licensure (LMSW, LCSW, LPC-A, LPC, LMFT, LCDC)
• 2+ years experience working with adults in a facility setting preferred
• Proficiency in Office 365
• Strong verbal/written communication and documentation skills
• Personal relationship with Jesus Christ
• Minimum 2 years sobriety if in recovery

Responsibilities

• Conduct biopsychosocial assessments and develop/monitor treatment plans
• Manage a caseload (up to 12 clients based on experience)
• Facilitate individual and group therapy sessions
• Identify symptoms of co-occurring disorders
• Maintain timely, accurate documentation in EMR system
• Occasionally mentor interns through job shadowing opportunities

Location: Dallas, TX

Pay: $60,000 - $80,000 per year
