The Plymouth House is looking for an RN and LPN to join our team.

Pay range for RNs is $30-$38 per hour. The Pay range for LPNs is $25-$31 per hour.

The Plymouth House is a 48-Bed Residential Treatment facility located in Plymouth, NH. Our agency serves individuals with substance use disorder in need of residential treatment services. We offer a rewarding environment for our employees. Staff members are critical components of our patients early recovery and an instrumental part of the positive life changing decisions a person with substance use disorder must make as they enter the world drug/alcohol free.

We're looking for a compassionate and dedicated Nurse to be a key part of our team! In this role, you'll provide essential nursing care, connect residents with physicians and medical resources, and collaborate with our Interdisciplinary Team to ensure the best possible care.

Working under the guidance of the Director of Nursing, you'll play a vital role in medical screenings, routine nursing care, and coordinating both medical and psychiatric care alongside the attending physician.

Nurse Requirements

• RN in the State of New Hampshire
• LPN in the State of New Hampshire
• Substance Use Disorder: 1 year (Preferred)
• Detox: 1 year (Preferred)
• Inpatient, partial hospitalization and/or outpatient setting experience (Preferred)

Nurse Responsibilities

• Identify patients care requirements, focus on their needs and act on them
• Nurture a compassionate environment by providing psychological support
• Resolve or report on patients needs or problems
• Prepare patients for examinations and perform routine diagnostic checks (monitor pulse, blood pressure and temperature, provide drugs and injections etc)
• Monitor and record patients condition and document provided care services
• Treat medical emergencies
• Administer workloads
• Follow care regulations and standards
• Work within and cooperate with a multidisciplinary team
• Performs other duties assigned.

Location: Plymouth, NH

Pay: RNs is $30-$38 per hour. LPNs is $25-$31 per hour.

Sign On Bonus Details: $1,500 at 3mo, $1,500 at 6mo
