As Nursing Manager, you'll oversee and elevate the quality of nursing care in our detox and residential treatment programs. Your leadership ensures that our clients receive the safe, supportive, and effective care they need during this critical time in their recovery.

Requirements:

• Licensed RN in the state of Texas (BSN preferred)
• 3+ years of nursing leadership in behavioral health, addiction treatment, or related settings
• Strong knowledge of detox protocols, withdrawal management, and co-occurring disorders
• Collaborative, patient-first mindset with excellent communication skills
• Ability to lead with empathy while maintaining high clinical standards

Responsibilities:

• Lead, mentor, and support a team of RNs, LVNs, and medical assistants
• Oversee nursing care delivery across detox and residential programs
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and clinical standards (TJC, state licensure, etc.)
• Collaborate with medical, clinical, and operational teams to ensure integrated care
• Develop and implement protocols to enhance patient safety and comfort
• Participate in staff hiring, onboarding, and performance evaluations
• Maintain accurate and timely medical documentation

Location: Plano, TX

Pay: $42 - $47 per hour
