Job Title: Lead Research Associate
Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated, entry-level Researcher to support the upcoming launch of Pinless Debit processing. This role is critical to ensuring that we are fully prepared with accurate contact data, prioritized opportunity lists, and industry insights as Pinless Debit and related payment solutions (including QR and credit card processing) roll out.
The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, comfortable working with large datasets, and eager to learn the payments space. This position will focus heavily on research, data validation, and lead prioritization, helping the sales and growth teams identify the closest-to-revenue opportunities when Pinless Debit goes live.
Responsibilities:
- Research and identify accurate contact information from multiple opportunity and lead lists
- Validate and clean data to ensure contacts are current, relevant, and decision-maker focused
- Organize and prioritize leads that are closest to revenue (closest to the money)
- Identify and rank the best industries to target first for Pinless Debit adoption
- Maintain structured, well-organized research databases and documentation
- Support internal teams with insights and findings as Pinless Debit preparation ramps up
- Assist with outreach research using Mosaics existing data, contacts, and tools over time
Qualifications:
- 0–1 years of experience in research, data analysis, business development support, or a related role
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Comfortable working with spreadsheets, Sales Navigator tools, CRM tools, and large datasets
- Ability to research companies, industries, and decision-makers efficiently
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Interest in fintech, payments, or financial services (Pinless Debit experience not required)
- Familiarity with lead generation tools, data enrichment platforms, or CRM
systems - Basic understanding of payment processing, debit, or credit card ecosystems
- Strong written communication and documentation skills
