Job Title: Copy and Content Writer 

Overview: Now were looking for aCreative Copy and Content Writer who knows how to turn ideas into marketing gold, especially with AI tools in themix. Youll create punchy headlines, social media blurts, promo copy, and other short-form gems that drive results.We want someone whos quick to learn, thrives on collaboration, and isnt afraid to try something completely new. Responsibilities:

• Concept campaigns and write copy for print, audio, video, and digital creative; develop conceptual ideas and campaigns with meaningful narratives.
• Use AI tools to support ideation, content generation, and optimization across creative formats.
• Work with other teams to establish a clients tone and voice for content.
• Write headlines, taglines, and blurb copy for promos.
• Create service highlight blurbs for web.
• Adapt and vary copy to target specific demographics based on age, gender, activity preferences, and other audience insights.
• Edit and proofread copy for accuracy, grammar, spelling, and sentence flow.
• Work within deadlines and collaborate with teams to ensure milestones are met.
• Partner with teams of creatives, strategists, and account leads to deliver a high volume of work on time, on budget, and on brand.
• Participate in brainstorms and deliver best-in-class creative that exceeds client objectives.
• Update monthly search, social, and email copy.
• Be a source of inspiration, positivity, and creativity to others.
• Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree or equivalent experience in a marketing agency.
• 2+ years of experience producing copy for print and digital media channels.
• A portfolio that demonstrates your abilities.
• Proven success in producing copy for advertising or marketing campaigns.
• Hands-on experience using AI tools for copywriting, content ideation, and optimization is required.
• Exceptional skill in social media writing, including use of hashtags and relevant acronyms.
• Experience with SEO concepts and social media marketing.
• Ability to develop and execute big ideas from beginning to end while keeping deliverables on time and on budget.
• Proficiency with common office software (Microsoft Suite, etc.).
• Desire and ability to self-motivate and motivate others to solve multiple problems creatively and strategically at once, under quick deadlines.
• A highly conceptual writer who can concept big platform and campaign ideas and has the portfolio to match
• Energy and passion for work to keep team informed and motivated
• Proven experience producing quality work in fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
• Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities
