OVERVIEW: The Accounts Receivable (AR) Coordinator is responsible for supporting the Accounts Receivable Team in maintaining client &
vendor accounts & aged receivables.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Manage AR Inbox and distribute appropriately.
Review and approve paper and electronic invoices for delivery to the client.
Process new account setups; organize and prepare customer account applications for approval.
Assist Account Managers in the investigation, reconciliation, and collection of past due accounts. Including but not
limited to courtesy calling 30-60.
Manage returned mail.
Receive incoming ACD telephone calls in a professional and courteous manner.
Process required invoices in portals.
Respond to internal and external client inquiries via phone and email.
Accurately maintain documentation and comply with administrative procedures in a timely basis to include time entry.
Act in accordance with the client's policies and procedures as set forth in the Employee Handbook.
Perform other related duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS:
1.Proficiency with business collaboration tools such as MS Office applications, Outlook, and company specific programs.
