About the job Sales Associate (Cebu/Manila)
STAFFVIRTUAL is seeking a motivated Sales Associate to help drive business growth by identifying new opportunities, building strong client relationships, and supporting sales initiatives. The ideal candidate has at least 2 years of sales experience, preferably in a remote setup, with a proven ability to meet and exceed targets. Youll collaborate with our team to create customized client solutions, attend networking events, and stay current with industry trendsall while delivering exceptional customer service in a flexible, virtual work environment.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Identify and generate new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, and lead follow-up
Build and maintain relationships with new and existing clients
Collaborate with our team of professionals to develop customized solutions for clients
Meet and exceed sales targets and goals
Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments
Attend networking events and conferences to promote STAFFVIRTUAL and generate new leads
QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
Minimum of 2 years of sales experience, preferably in a remote or virtual environment
Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong negotiation and closing skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software
Willingness to work flexible hours to accommodate different time zones
Passion for sales and a drive to succeed
