About the Role

We are looking for a seasoned Senior Human Resources Manager to lead and manage core HR functions across our Cebu and Manila operations. This leadership role will oversee Compensation & Benefits, Employee Relations, Training & Development, and General Administration. The ideal candidate brings in-depth knowledge of Philippine labor laws and proven experience in the BPO industry.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Lead and manage the full spectrum of HR operations including Compensation & Benefits, Employee Relations, Training and OD, and Admin functions.
  • Ensure alignment of HR policies with Philippine labor laws, particularly DOLE guidelines and other local employment regulations.
  • Handle complex employee relations cases with fairness and compliance, including investigations, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution.
  • Drive and monitor employee training and development programs, ensuring they meet business and individual growth needs.
  • Experience in monitoring HR KPIs 
  • Must have HR process improvement Experience
  • Experience in HR Project Management is needed
  • CPHR or CHRP certification is preferred but not required
  • Oversee general administrative support to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
  • Partner with leadership to provide strategic HR support aligned with organizational goals.
  • Support audits, compliance checks, and other HR-related regulatory requirements.
  • Mentor and guide the HR team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and high performance.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field.
  • At least 8 years of progressive HR experience, with 3+ years in a senior or managerial role in a BPO or shared services environment.
  • Solid understanding of Philippine labor laws, DOLE standards, and HR compliance.
  • Strong leadership, interpersonal, and conflict management skills.

  • Proven ability to manage multiple HR functions in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication skills and stakeholder management.
