Duties & Responsibilities:
Monitor and Track Equipment Orders.
Review Delivery and Install Paperwork; update Master File accordingly.
Allocation of serial numbers to sales orders in ERP System.
Link Accessories to Devices to show configuration in ERP System.
Create Scope of Work for installations to assist technician
Qualifications:
- Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment and juggle multiple priorities.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to understand process dependencies and relationships.
Strong time management and organizational skills.
Solid written and oral communication skills
