Summary: This role supports a leading provider in the managed print services industry, focusing on the coordination and documentation of equipment orders and installations. The ideal candidate is highly detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities. Strong communication skills and the ability to navigate process workflows are essential for success in this position.


Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and Track Equipment Orders.

  • Review Delivery and Install Paperwork; update Master File accordingly.

  • Allocation of serial numbers to sales orders in ERP System.

  • Link Accessories to Devices to show configuration in ERP System.

  • Create Scope of Work for installations to assist technician


Qualifications:

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment and juggle multiple priorities.
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to understand process dependencies and relationships.
  • Strong time management and organizational skills.

  • Solid written and oral communication skills
