Overview: We are looking for a detail-driven professional to manage and support maintenance contracts and customer account records. This role includes auditing setups, processing quotes and invoices, and ensuring accuracy in a high-volume environment. The ideal candidate has strong analytical skills, advanced Excel proficiency, and excellent communication abilities. Experience in contracts, billing, or E-Automate is a plus.

Responsibilities:

• Audit the setup of Maintenance Contracts

• Setting up new customer account records and correct existing accounts as needed

• Process requested Upgrade and buyout quotes

• Process MACs

• Utilize internal resources to pull original sales and leasing paperwork as requested

• Provide contract invoices as requested

Qualifications:

• At least 2 years of relevant work experience (required)

• Strong numerical, analytical, and problem-solving skills

• Advanced Excel skills

• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and writte​n

• Meticulous attention to detail and time management skills

• Ability to handle a fast-paced, high-volume queues

• Previous contract or billing experience-a plus

• Previous industry experience-a plus

• E-Automate experience-a plus

Schedule:​ 10pm to 7am PH time, Mon-Fri

Setup: Remote
