Job Title: VIP Account Manager
Overview: We are looking for a motivated and personable VIP Account Manager to support our client in the online gaming industry. The ideal candidate will have a background in VIP services, hospitality, or high-value client management. Experience in online casinos or sports betting is a plus, but not required. The key to success in this role is the ability to build strong relationships with VIP players and ensure they receive the best possible experience.
Responsibilities:
Act as the main point of contact for VIP and high-value players.
Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships to drive loyalty.
Provide proactive and personalized support to enhance the player experience.
Monitor player activity to identify engagement and retention opportunities.
Work with internal teams to resolve issues quickly and effectively.
Handle VIP concerns with professionalism, discretion, and care.
Qualifications:
Experience in VIP account management, hospitality, or similar roles managing high-value clients.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong customer-first mindset with a professional and discreet approach.
Background in online gaming or sports betting is a plus, but not required.
Familiarity with CRM systems or customer support tools is an advantage.
