Job Description:
STAFFVIRTUAL is seeking a highly motivated and experienced GTM Program Manager to join our team in Metro Manila, Philippines. As the GTM Program Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing go-to-market strategies for our company's products and services. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure successful product launches and ongoing marketing initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement go-to-market plans for new product launches, including market analysis, target audience identification, messaging, and positioning.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product, sales, and marketing to ensure alignment and execution of go-to-market strategies.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and industry influencers.
- Create and manage project timelines, budgets, and resources for go-to-market initiatives.
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to measure the success of go-to-market strategies and make recommendations for improvement.
- Develop marketing collateral and sales tools to support go-to-market initiatives.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in go-to-market strategies.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in marketing, product management, or related field.
- Strong project management skills and experience managing cross-functional teams.
- Proven experience in developing and executing go-to-market strategies.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of market research and analysis techniques.
- Experience in the technology industry is a plus.
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Ability to work independently and in a team setting.
- Fluent in English, both written and verbal.
