Snowflake Partner Operations

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Snowflake Partner Operations professional. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and supporting our partner ecosystem, ensuring smooth operations, and driving business growth. You will work closely with internal teams and external stakeholders to facilitate effective collaboration and maximize partner success.

Responsibilities:

- Manage and support the day-to-day operations of the Snowflake partner ecosystem.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement operational processes and tools to streamline partner management and support.

- Develop and execute partner enablement programs, training, and certifications.

- Monitor and track partner performance, ensuring compliance with partner agreements and identifying opportunities for improvement.

- Assist in the development and execution of joint marketing initiatives with partners to drive awareness and demand for Snowflake solutions.

- Coordinate and support partner events, including conferences, webinars, and training sessions.

- Conduct regular business reviews with partners to assess performance, identify areas for growth, and develop action plans.

- Global Sales, Finance and Partner Operations Management

- Customer(s) Snowflake Capacity Management and Administration

- Salesforce End to End Snowflake Opportunity Management

- Financial Management, ROI Modeling, Forecasting and Analysis with End-to-End Reporting

- Deal Management and Governance

- Collaboration with internal and external stakeholders from Sales, Finance, Operations, Partners, IT, Sales Operations, etc. to execute key deliverables.

- Stay up to date with industry trends and competitive landscape to identify new partnership opportunities and drive strategic initiatives.

Core Requirements

- 5+ years of related experience in Cloud Platform Sales, Finance and Partner Operations

- Snowflake Administration

- Understanding of Revenue Recognition Principles and US GAAP

- Excellent Communication and Presentation Skills

- Self-Starter with a proactive approach to problem-solving.

- Bachelor's degree

- Proficiency in Salesforce or other CRM systems

- Willingness to travel occasionally for partner meetings and events.

COMPENSATION
Base Salary - USD $110,000 to $115,000
