ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Research: 
- Conduct candidate and talent mapping globally, analyzing remuneration, locations, and labor markets.
- Utilize data mining techniques to gather intelligence and insights, contributing to business strategy.
- Employ innovative sourcing methods to identify candidates, including digital channels and creative strategies.
2. Engagement: 
- Coordinate with HR on available positions, manage interview schedules, and maintain communication through various channels.
- Build strong client and candidate relationships, ensuring the successful adoption of proposed solutions.
- Collaborate with team members, contributing creative ideas and fostering a culture of trust and success.

3. Data & Reporting:
- Develop and manage a comprehensive database for talent acquisition and management.
- Utilize analytical processes to ground recommendations in data-driven insights.
 
Continuously improve service offerings based on client and team feedback, tracking top talent globally 
and introducing innovative solutions.
IDEAL CANDIDATE PROFILE
 Experience in Market Research, Talent Acquisition, or related fields.
 Language Proficiency: Proficient in English with good verbal, written, and communication skills.
 Dynamic leaders with a passion for strategic talent advisory.
 Effective communicators capable of simplifying complex issues.
