Role Overview:

We are hiring a Meta Ads Executive with expertise in advanced audience segmentation, AI-powered ad delivery, Performance Marketing, and creative testing frameworks. The ideal candidate should be data-driven, analytical, and skilled in running high-converting ad campaigns across Facebook & Instagram.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, execute, and optimize Facebook & Instagram Ads (Conversion, Lead Gen, Video, Retargeting, DABA, Advantage+ campaigns).
  • Implement AI-powered ad delivery, automated rules, and CBO (Campaign Budget Optimization) for scalable results.
  • Conduct deep audience research, persona mapping, and competitor analysis to refine targeting.
  • Optimize ad creatives and copies using A/B testing, dynamic creatives, and storytelling techniques.
  • Utilize Conversion API (CAPI), pixel tracking, and first-party data strategies for accurate campaign performance tracking.
  • Implement retargeting strategies, lookalike audiences, and AI-enhanced custom audience building.
  • Stay updated on Metas latest algorithm changes, ad formats, and automation advancements.
  • Collaborate with designers and content teams to create high-performing ad creatives & videos.
  • Generate data-driven performance reports with insights on CTR, ROAS, CPA, and attribution models.

Key Skills Required:

Hands-on experience with Facebook & Instagram Ads (Advantage+, CBO, A/B Testing, Dynamic Ads)

Strong understanding of AI-driven optimization, predictive analytics, and automation strategies

Expertise in Conversion API (CAPI), Pixel Tracking, and Event Matching

Proficiency in A/B testing, ad copywriting, and ad funnel strategies

Experience with Custom Audiences, Lookalike Audiences, and Retargeting Techniques

Strong knowledge of Metas Ad Policies, Algorithm Updates, and iOS14+ Impact Solutions

Analytical mindset with expertise in Meta Ads Manager, GA4, and Performance Dashboards

Preferred Qualifications (Good to Have):

  • Meta Blueprint Certification
  • Experience with third-party ad optimization tools like Madgicx, Adzooma, or Revealbot
  • Knowledge of TikTok Ads, YouTube Ads, or LinkedIn Ads is a plus
  • Prior experience in managing eCommerce, lead generation, or DTC brand campaigns
