Employee Referral Program – Terms & Conditions
By participating in the Stakque Digital Pvt. Ltd. Employee Referral Program, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
- Eligibility to Refer
- The referral program is open to all current employees of Stakque Digital Pvt. Ltd. except those directly involved in the hiring process for the referred position.
- Recruitment agencies, contractors, and interns are not eligible for referral rewards unless otherwise specified in writing.
- Eligible Candidates
- The referred candidate must be an external applicant who has not applied to Stakque Digital Pvt. Ltd. in the past 12 months.
- The candidate must not be a former employee of Stakque Digital Pvt. Ltd. unless otherwise approved by the HR department.
- Referral Submission Process
- All referrals must be submitted through the official referral form or email as instructed by the HR team.
- Incomplete or late submissions will not be considered for referral rewards.
- Reward Criteria
- A referral reward will be paid only if the referred candidate is successfully hired and remains in the company for a minimum of 90 days (or the probation period, whichever is longer).
- The reward amount and payment method will be as per the company’s current referral program guidelines.
- Multiple Referrals
- If multiple employees refer the same candidate, the reward will be given to the employee whose referral was received first.
- Payment & Tax
- Referral rewards will be paid along with the regular payroll cycle following the candidate’s eligibility date.
- Any applicable taxes will be deducted as per government regulations.
- Program Changes
- Stakque Digital Pvt. Ltd. reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the referral program at any time without prior notice.
- The decision of the HR department in all matters related to the program will be final and binding.
