Commercial Litigation Associate | 1–3 Years PQE | Int'l Law Firm | HKG

This major international law firm seeks a junior associate to join its high‑performing disputes team in Hong Kong. The practice is led by market‑recognised partners with deep experience in complex cross‑border commercial litigation and international arbitration, particularly involving Chinese and Asia‑Pacific parties across sectors such as technology, private equity, life sciences, infrastructure, financial services, and consumer industries. The role offers exposure to sophisticated disputes, including matters involving multinational corporates, joint ventures, investment structures, and high‑value business relationships.

The successful candidate will work on a broad mix of commercial litigation and arbitration matters, supporting matters conducted under leading institutional rules (including ICC, HKIAC, SIAC, CIETAC, UNCITRAL), and will have the opportunity to contribute to strategy development, factual analysis, advocacy preparation, and enforcement‑related applications. The team is experienced in both arbitration and court proceedings, handling complex cross‑border issues, expert evidence, and multi‑jurisdictional elements. To qualify, you should be: 

• a Hong Kong admitted solicitor with 1-3 Years relevant PQE
• with native or a very high level of written and spoken Chinese Mandarin, with strong fluency in English 
• ideally trained and qualified with a magic circle or US law firm, with excellent academic record
