An exceptional opportunity has become available for an experienced Immigration Paralegal to join the Immigration team of a prestigious international law firm. This role offers the chance to work alongside a team of highly skilled international lawyers and provides strong support for career growth and professional development.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide assistance to lawyers on both inbound and outbound immigration matters for multinational clients
• Monitor and stay updated on changes in Hong Kong's immigration policies
• Prepare and manage immigration and employment-related documentation
• Support the application and renewal processes for employment visas
• Liaise with external counsel and maintain accurate records and reports within the firm's database system

Candidate Requirements:

• Tertiary education or university degree (a law degree is not mandatory)
• 3+ years of relevant immigration or employment law experience in relation to Hong Kong and/or other countries, ideally from law firms, professional services or immigration consulting firms.
• Immigration consultants or specialists are encouraged to apply
• Proficiency in written and spoken Cantonese, Mandarin, and English is a must
• Strong ability to manage projects independently
