Key Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional client service on complex, cross-border matters.

Requirements

• 3+ years PQE as a Corporate Equity Capital Markets lawyer with Hong Kong-side experience.
• Proven track record in IPOs, listings, and public company M&A.
• Strong communication skills and meticulous attention to detail.
• Fluency in English and Mandarin (spoken and written).
