Overview

Our client, a leading international law firm, is seeking an experienced Corporate Senior/Managing Associate to join it's Corporate Transactions team in Hong Kong. The role focuses on ECM, M&A, and post-listing compliance for clients in highly regulated industries.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage IPOs, M&A transactions, and post-listing compliance
• Draft prospectuses, disclosures, and legal documents
• Conduct due diligence and verification exercises
• Advise clients and prepare legal opinions
• Supervise junior lawyers and contribute to business development

Requirements

• Hong Kong qualified lawyer with 8+ years PQE in ECM, M&A, and compliance, gained within a reputable international law firm
• Strong drafting skills and commercial acumen
• Fluent in English and Chinese (Mandarin preferred)
• Ability to lead, mentor, and work independently
