Legal Contract Specialist | 3-5 years | Manufacturing | HK

Our client, a US multinational manufacturer, is seeking a Legal Contract Specialist, to be based in their Hong Kong office.

Key Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and negotiate commercial, sales, and procurement contracts (T&Cs, NDAs, framework, quality agreements).
• Work with internal teams to align contract terms with business and compliance requirements.
• Identify and mitigate contractual risks; ensure regulatory compliance.
• Maintain accurate contract records and support process improvements.
• Provide guidance on contract interpretation and support development of templates and playbooks.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in law, Business, or related field with 3–5 years contract negotiation experience (in‑house preferred).
• Strong drafting, negotiation, and commercial judgment.
• Detail‑oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple contracts in a fast‑paced environment.
• Excellent communication skills across all jurisdictions
• Fluency in English and Mandarin and proficiency in MS Office are essential
• Experience with contract management systems is a plus.
