Compliance and Regulatory Manager | 6 month contract | HK

Due to expansion, a leading crypto company is hiring a Compliance & Regulatory Manager for a 6-month contract. The role involves identifying crypto-friendly jurisdictions and managing licensing applications and registrations across APEC and other regions.

Key Responsibilities

• Liaise with regulators and external consultants during licensing processes.
• Monitor global crypto regulations and provide impact analysis to senior management.
• Develop compliance manuals, workflows, and handle regulatory filings.
• Conduct compliance checks and post-licensing activities, including staff training and record maintenance.

Key Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor's degree in accountancy, Banking, Business, or Law with 5+ years' experience in regulatory compliance or licensing within financial institutions.
• Strong project management, analytical, and communication skills.
• Fluency in English and good command of Chinese/Mandarin.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, tech-driven environment.
