Corporate M&A Real Estate Lawyer | 2-5 Years PQE | Law Firm | HKG

Our client, a prominent law firm, having presence in Hong Kong, Beijing & Shanghai, is looking for a talented HK-qualified Corporate M&A Real Estate Lawyer. This role offers the opportunity to work on large-scale Corporate M&A and Real Estate transactions, primarily in Hong Kong and across Greater China and other Asian jurisdictions.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle complex Corporate M&A and Real Estate transactions, including legal due diligence, asset/share sale and purchase, and joint ventures.
• Advise clients throughout the real estate investment cycle, including mergers, acquisitions, disposals, financing, and related commercial agreements.
• Draft and negotiate shareholders agreements and other real estate-related contracts.
• Supervise Real Estate executives and trainees

Skills & Experience

• HK-qualified lawyer with 2–5 years PQE.
• Strong experience in Commercial Real Estate transactions (M&A and joint ventures); exposure to the real estate sector is highly advantageous.
• Excellent command of spoken and written English and Chinese (Cantonese and Putonghua).
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to multi-task under pressure.
• Independent, efficient, and a strong team player with good interpersonal skills.
• Commercial acumen and client management skills.
