A leading international law firm with a growing Asia presence is seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Manager to join its Associate Talent team, based in Hong Kong. This is a senior regional role responsible for overseeing end-to-end recruitment and talent management across the firm's Asia offices. The successful candidate will work closely with senior leadership to drive recruitment strategy, conduct market research and intelligence gathering, and develop tailored initiatives that strengthen the firm's talent pipeline and employer brand across the region.
The role encompasses a broad remit spanning associate recruitment, retention programming, professional development support, and associate training facilitation. The Manager will be expected to serve as a trusted advisor to local office leads, provide guidance on best practices in recruiting and talent processes, and collaborate with internal teams and external vendors on branding and social media content. Experience in managing multi-office initiatives and working cross-functionally in a complex professional services environment is essential.
Candidates should bring a strong track record in talent acquisition or HR within a law firm or professional services organisation, combined with excellent project and stakeholder management skills. A proactive, commercially minded approach and the ability to operate independently in a fast-paced, evolving environment are key. Exceptional communication skills — both written and verbal — and a high degree of discretion with confidential information are non-negotiable. Willingness to travel and flexibility in working hours will be expected given the regional scope of the role.
