Responsibilities:

• Review and verify new client and matter forms
• Assist in implementing information barriers while ensuring confidentiality
• Research new and existing clients using data provider software
• Identify corporate structures and ultimate beneficial ownership
• Guide on required documents for due diligence
• Monitor and update client due diligence records
• Escalate AML issues as needed
• Record decisions and undertake risk assessments

Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience in a Risk and Compliance function
• Excellent communication skills in English; Chinese languages are a plus
• Solutions-driven with a problem-solving attitude
• Keen interest in AML legislation and regulatory compliance
• Proficiency in MS Office
• Knowledge of Intapp is an advantage
