Legal Counsel - General Commercial - 5+ PQE

Reporting to the General Counsel, the Legal Counsel will provide legal support to the business units on:

• The Company's commercial activities in Hong Kong including reviewing and drafting commercial contracts, service agreements, marketing agreements and tender documents and other third party contracts
• Reviewing labelling and safety product labelling
• Advising on compliance matters and company policies and delivering training thereon
• Conducting legal research and working with their China legal team on ad hoc projects
• Assisting on other ad hoc projects

To qualify, you must be:

• Hong Kong qualified with ideally 5-8 PQE gained in a leading law firm and or in-house with a multinational corporation
• FMCG experience would be ideal
• Fluency in English, Cantonese and Mandarin languages is essential (the ability to read and write both traditional and simplified Chinese is required)
• Team player with excellent communication, stakeholder management and time management skills is necessary
