Capital Markets Associate | 2-4 Years PQE | Int'l Law Firm | HKG

This is an exceptional opportunity for a highly skilled and motivated corporate associate with 2-4 years of experience gained at a leading international law firm. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Hong Kong IPOs, with particular expertise in HK-side transactions and Listing Rules compliance. Additional experience in public M&A would be advantageous.

The successful candidate will demonstrate outstanding attention to detail, a client-focused approach, and the ability to deliver high-quality legal advice under tight deadlines. Excellent drafting and written communication skills are essential, along with a proactive mindset and strong analytical abilities. Our client values individuals who are commercially astute, adaptable, and collaborative, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, global environment. Fluency in both English and Mandarin Chinese is required.

Applicants must hold an LL.B from a top-tier law school, with an LL.M, J.D., or equivalent postgraduate qualification preferred. Applicants admitted to practice in China, Hong Kong, the US, England & Wales, Australia, or Singapore would be considered.
