Job Description

  • Coordinate the planning and execution of events, exhibitions, visits, and corporate functions
  • Develop and implement strategies and initiatives
  • Supervise outsourced contracts and activities
  • Craft executive speeches, advertisements, and articles
  • Manage publications, websites, and digital media platforms
  • Foster relationships with stakeholders and counterpart organizations to represent the company
  • Offer strategic guidance and practical solutions for media-related matters
  • Serve as secretaries for relevant committees and working groups
  • Handle ad hoc responsibilities as needed

The Successful Applicant

  • A reputable university degree in law, mass communications, journalism, language, or a related field
  • At least five years of managerial experience in public relations, marketing, and event management
  • Strong understanding of multi-stakeholder communications, coupled with exceptional planning, organizational, communication, and management skills
  • Proficient in both written and spoken English and Chinese
