CORPORATE PARALEGAL: 2+ years exp in in Corporate Finance, IPO

An excellent opportunity has arisen at a leading international law firm for a corporate paralegal with over 2 years of experience to support the corporate group. This role involves assisting lawyers with IPO projects, preparing legal documents and due diligence reports, conducting legal research, and providing legal analysis. Additionally, you will translate and coordinate documents within the team, liaise with external parties, and participate in various ad hoc projects.

To qualify, you must be a University graduate in law with at least 2 years of experience in Corporate Finance and IPOs at a reputable law firm. Proficiency in written and spoken English, Mandarin, and Cantonese is essential. Ideally, you should possess strong skills in Excel, PowerPoint, and other IT-related areas. Candidates with a proactive attitude and an organised, practical approach will thrive in this role.
