Invitations to Corporate Paralegals | Global Law Firms | HK

As demand for Corporate Paralegals grows in 2025, Star Anise, a leading legal and compliance recruitment firm in Hong Kong, is seeking highly skilled Corporate Paralegal candidates to join our clients primarily international law firms with a strong presence in China and the APAC market.

Key Responsibilities:
- Support verification and due diligence exercises
- Attend meetings, take notes, conduct research, and prepare reports
- Draft and file ancillary documents
- Liaise with clients and intermediaries
- Assist with file openings, closings, and administrative tasks
- Handle ad-hoc assignments as needed

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in law or related field; paralegal certification is a plus
- 2-5 years of experience in corporate ECM, DCM, IPO, and M&A transactions
- Strong research and analytical skills with law firm experience
- Excellent written and spoken English, Chinese, and Mandarin
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, proactive, and able to meet tight deadlines
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and legal research databases
