Corporate Paralegal M&A Team (Hong Kong)

Join a leading international law firms corporate practice, supporting the M&A team in delivering innovative solutions across sectors like financial services, IERP, and life sciences. The role includes assisting with investment projects, capital raising, governance, restructuring, and exit strategies.

Key Responsibilities

• Support M&A lawyers with legal matters, joint ventures, and investment projects
• Draft, review, and translate documents in English, Chinese, and occasionally French
• Conduct legal research and preliminary due diligence
• Oversee client transactions and coordinate with third parties
• Contribute to business development through writing and seminars

Skills & Qualifications

• Law degree (any jurisdiction); prior legal experience a plus
• Fluent in English, Mandarin and French
• Detail-oriented, resilient, and able to manage multiple tasks
• Strong research and judgment skills; proficient in Microsoft Office
