Business Development (BD) Executive\Pitching Specialist | International Law Firm | Hong Kong

Our client, a prestigious international law firm, is seeking a BD Executive/Pitching Specialist. This role will involve reporting to both the UK-based BD Manager and the China BD Director, located in Hong Kong.

Under the guidance of the BD Manager, you will act as the key point of contact for creating standardized pitch materials, deal lists, and marketing assets, playing a crucial role in engaging prospective and existing clients. Your responsibilities include conducting comprehensive client and market research to support key client meetings and internal practice-planning sessions across the Asia offices. Additionally, you will facilitate the coordination and participation in practice meetings, ensuring seamless follow-up and effective action management for the team.

The perfect candidate should have a minimum of two years of experience in business development, specializing in pitching, within a law firm or professional services environment. Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Chinese are essential, along with proficiency in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Candidates should also demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills and keen attention to detail.
