WHAT

YOU 

The ideal candidate is a Hong Kong-qualified lawyer with 7-10 years' PQE, specialising in corporate/M&A at a top-tier law firm, with a proven track record in complex, cross-border deals. Deep knowledge of Greater China regulations and international deal frameworks is essential, alongside fluency in written and spoken English, Mandarin, and Cantonese are highly advantageous.
